Erika Westcott, a mom of 3 teenagers right out of small town Gadsden, AL, started her mortgage career practically right out of college. Over the past 22 years she has come such a long way initially learning from her own mistakes back when she first started, to then getting to a point where she needed to invest in herself and her own success through coaching to grow, to now being able to mentor and coach the LOs, processors and coordinators that work right alongside her to help her be the successful mortgage professional she is today.
